Mi Vida Health members have access to medical weight loss plans, hormone replacement therapies, sexual health, regenerative medicine, access to our mental healthcare providers, and access to our pharmacist that is available for any questions you may have about your prescriptions.
We offer our monthly membership for $450. There is an initial six-month commitment, after which you may elect to go month by month.
Our weight-loss monthly membership plan is $250. There is an initial three-month commitment, after which you may elect to go month by month.
The membership fee does not cover all the services you may require. We advise that you maintain your general health insurance coverage that may include or reimburse you for labs, diagnostic testing, hospitalizations, specialists, and medications.
Memberships require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. After the initial term, a 30-day notice is required to cancel the membership. If the membership is canceled before the 6-month period, the member will be charged for the full duration of the commitment.
You can choose where you want to have your appointment. We encourage our members to choose a comfortable space in their home. Appointments are relaxed and easygoing. Mi Vida Health does not rush our appointments to ensure you have a thorough visit with your provider.
Mi Vida Health will send your prescriptions electronically, directly to the pharmacy. Prescriptions can be shipped to your doorstep, or you may elect to pick up your prescription.
This depends on the medication and laws of the state you are located. Mi Vida Health providers will help you navigate.
